I typically travel independently so it was different for me to travel with a driver and guide. Tsering immediately made me feel in safe hands. He organised my entire trip, taking into account my preferences (including wanting to have a certain level of independence where feasible, and to include certain hikes). He also advised me throughout the entire process and was incredibly responsive. He recommended good quality hotels, met me at the airport and met me on the last evening for a catch up. It definitely felt like a highly personalised tour, and all at a reasonable price for the quality of the experience.

The name tells the story - personal tours! We found Tsering excellent in working with the two of us for a personalised trip, exploring Bhutan with a focus on our interests. His team - Ngawang and Kado - did an outstanding job in looking after us, helping us meet Bhutanese, learn about the history and culture, take great walks, see wildlife, and really enjoy a great experience. We plan to return!

Travelled with a group of friends to Bhutan. Everything there was organised by lovely and dedicated Tsering. Everything was just perfect! Local guide was excellent with a good dose of humor. Hotels, food were also good.

Hiking to Tiger’s Nest on our last day was great. Internet had warned not to take the hike lightly, but our guide/driver team – the guide up front and driver behind us, keeping us safe - took time with many water breaks and for photos. The hotels we stayed were nice and the foods – 3 meals a day - was plenty good to us. We enjoyed the Bhutan trip thanks to the Bhutan Personal Tours team.

Indeed I do. Myself any fiancé went on a tour with TP late last year and it was exquisite. TP is with you all the time as well as his driver who is also a pure gentlemen. October is the best time to go as there are numerous festivals to visit. Regardless of the time of year Bhutan is an amazingly special place and is made all the more enjoyable by a guide such as TP. We will be going again in the coming years with TP. I hope you enjoy your time there.

Best Travels

TP was our guide last year and gave our family an amazing time, going out of his way to cater to the needs of our three boys and make the experience both personal and unforgettable. We visited schools, met with locals, and clambored out on some extraordinary hikes. He even worked his magic to improve some hotel arrangements for us on the spot. A very sincere and caring guide who was genuinely anxious to please.

Bhutan Personal Tours planned a perfect 5 day/4 night trip for my husband and I, a private tour with a guide (Tsering),and a driver (Dorgy). From the arrival at the airport in Paro to the departure, we were pleasantly impressed and delighted with our experiences. Tsering and Dorgy were young but very professional, knowledgeable, spoke good English, courteous and fun! The car was clean and comfortable, always had bottle waters ready for us. 1-3 hours of driving to different cities of Bhutan during our trip was outstanding with beautiful views and lots of cultural and historical informations provided by our guide. 

Tsering Penjor, aka TP and his team made my Bhutan trip most memorable. The service was exceptional with good communication, the day tours were based on your desires. Sonam my tour guide was very patient, knowledgeable and supportive. My latitude sickness during my short stay was an inconvenient to me, but Sonam and my driver supported me in whatever my needs were, changing my itinerary as needed. Even thought I was not able to climd to the tiger nest the view from the look out point was amazing and worth the trip. Thanks guys. 

I did a 7 day cultural tour with Bhutan Personal Tours at the end of January and was very pleased with the service that TP provided. He made sure that I got to see and experience everything I wanted to. In that sense, the tour was very personalized for me. Of course, we visited all of the major sites such as The Tiger's Nest Monastery and the various dzongs throughout the country but I also go to spend time in a farmhouse and enjoyed a nice hot stone bath, practice archery, go to a karaoke bar with some drinks and entertainment and much more. TP is well organized and his supporting staff (driver and other guides) were exceptional! If you go to Bhutan, you can't go wrong with Bhutan Personal Tours.

We have recently returned (25 Jan) from 10 fabulous days in glorious Bhutan with BPT & master guide TP with his 5* support team of driver Karma, chefs & horseman with 10 noble ponies.
